Section 235(d)(4) of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 ( 8 U.S.C. 1232(d)(4) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking either ; by striking or who and inserting a comma; and by inserting , or has been granted status under section 101(a)(15)(U) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(U)), before , shall be eligible ; and in subparagraph (B), by inserting , or status under section 101(a)(15)(U) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(U)), after (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(27)(J)) .
