Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 8301 et seq.) is amended— in section 719(c)(1)(B) ( 15 U.S.C. 8307(c)(1)(B) ), by adding a period at the end; in section 723(a)(1)(B) (124 Stat. 1675), by inserting , as added by section 107 of the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 (Appendix E of Public Law 106–554; 114 Stat. 2763A–382), after subsection
(i); in section 734(b)(1) (124 Stat. 1718), by striking is amended and all that follows through
(B)in and inserting is amended in ; in section 741(b)(10) (124 Stat. 1732), by striking 1a(19)(A)(iv)(II) each place it appears and inserting 1a(18)(A)(iv)(II) ; and in section 749 (124 Stat. 1746)— in subsection (a)(2), by striking adding at the end and inserting inserting after subsection
(f); and in subsection (h)(1)(B), by inserting the second place that term appears before the semicolon. The amendments made by paragraphs (3), (4), and
(5)of subsection
(a)of this section shall take effect as though enacted as part of part II of subtitle A of title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (124 Stat. 1658).
