The Secretary shall submit to Congress an annual report setting forth— the number, type, and cost of affordable housing units revitalized pursuant to this Act; the amount and type of financial assistance provided under and in conjunction with this Act, including a specification of the amount and type of assistance provided for educational opportunities, services, public assets, public transportation, and access to jobs; and the impact of grants made under this Act on the original residents, the target neighborhoods, and the larger communities within which they are located.
