Section 531 of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1531) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking The Secretary shall use such sums as are necessary from the Trust Fund and inserting Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use such sums as are necessary for fiscal year 2012 ; in paragraph (2)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 60 percent and inserting 52 percent ; and in paragraph (4)(A)(ii), by striking 15 percent and inserting 100 percent ; in subsection (c), by adding at the end the following:
Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use such sums as are necessary to carry out this subsection for each of fiscal years 2012 and 2013. ; in subsection (d), by adding at the end the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use such sums as are necessary to carry out this subsection for each of fiscal years 2012 and 2013. ; in subsection (e), by adding at the end the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use up to $5,000,000 to carry out this subsection for each of fiscal years 2012 and 2013. ; in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following:
