In this Act: The term map means the map entitled Devil’s Staircase Wilderness Proposal and dated June 15, 2010. The term Secretary means— with respect to land under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Agriculture; and with respect to land under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of the Interior. The term State means the State of Oregon. The term Wilderness means the Devil’s Staircase Wilderness designated by section 3(a).
