Subsection
(d)of section 45 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking 2014 each place it appears in paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), (6), (7), (9), and
(11)and inserting 2021 . Clause
(ii)of section 48(a)(5)(C) of such Code, as amended by the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012, is amended by striking 2014 and inserting 2021 . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
