Sec. 303. Briefing on serious human rights abuses or censorship in North Korea

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall providing a briefing, which may be classified, to the appropriate congressional committees that describes serious human rights abuses or serious censorship undertaken by the North Korean government in the most recent year. The President may designate under section 104(a) any person described in the briefing required under subsection
(a)as responsible for serious human rights abuses or censorship in North Korea. It is the sense of Congress that the President should— seek the prompt adoption by the United Nations Security Council of a resolution calling for the blocking of the assets of all persons responsible for severe human rights abuses or censorship in North Korea; and fully cooperate with the prosecution of any natural person listed in the report required under subsection
(a)before any international tribunal that may be established to prosecute persons responsible for severe human rights abuses or censorship in North Korea.
