Section 20(a) of the South Pacific Tuna Act of 1988 ( 16 U.S.C. 973r(a) ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by striking for fiscal years 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 ; and by striking Act including— and inserting Act. ; and by striking paragraphs

(1)and (2).
