Section 811(a) of the Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 5108(a) ) is amended— by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $13,500,000 ; and by striking 2001 through 2005 and inserting 2015 through 2021 .
