(1)the following: The Secretary shall make a decision regarding a request under paragraph
(1)not later than 90 days after the date the Secretary receives a complete estimate of the economic impact of the fishery resource disaster from the affected State, tribal government, or fishing community. ; and in paragraph (3), as redesignated— by inserting tribe, or after by the affected State, ; by inserting , tribe, after with the affected State ; and by striking to assist a fishing community and inserting to assist a State, tribe, or fishing community .
