Section 307(1) ( 16 U.S.C. 1857(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (Q), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating subparagraph
(R)as subparagraph (S); and by inserting after subparagraph
(Q)the following: to knowingly and willfully make or submit any incomplete, invalid, or false record, account, or label for, or any false identification of, any fish or fish product (including false identification of the species, harvesting vessel or nation, or the date or location where harvested) that has been or is intended to be imported, exported, transported, sold, offered for sale, purchased, or received in interstate or foreign commerce, except where such making or submission is prohibited under subparagraph (I); or .
