Section 113 of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 ( 29 U.S.C. 2323 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2)(C), by inserting attainment of 21st century skills (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration) and after such as ; and in paragraph (4)(C)(ii)— in subclause (I), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subclause (II), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: describe the progress of career and technical education students served by the eligible recipient in attaining 21st century skills (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration). ; and in subsection (c)(2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: describe the progress of career and technical education students in the State in attaining 21st century skills (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration). .
