Section 806(f) ( 20 U.S.C. 1161f(f) ) is amended by striking paragraph

(1)and inserting the following: For the purpose of carrying out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 and each of the five succeeding fiscal years. .
