Title VIII ( 20 U.S.C. 1161 et seq. ) is amended— by striking parts E, H, I, K, M, N, O, R, U, V, X, and Y; by redesignating parts F, G, J, L, P, Q, S, T, W, Z, and AA as parts E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, and O, respectively; and by redesignating sections 851, 861, 872, 873, 892, 895, 897, and 898 as sections 831, 836, 841, 846, 851, 856, 861, and 862, respectively.
