Section 461(b) ( 20 U.S.C. 1087aa ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $300,000,000 and all that follows through the period at the end and by inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 and each of the five succeeding fiscal years. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2015 each place the term appears and inserting 2021 .
