Section 399(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 1068h(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $135,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in subparagraph (B), by striking $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in subparagraph (C), by striking $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in subparagraph (D), by striking $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in subparagraph (E), by striking $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; and in subparagraph (F), by striking $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $375,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $125,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in paragraph (3), by striking $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $185,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking fiscal year 2009 and inserting fiscal year 2015 ; and in paragraph (5)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $12,000 for fiscal year 2009 and inserting such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2015 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking fiscal year 2009 and inserting fiscal year 2015 .
