Section 320(c)(2) ( 20 U.S.C. 1059g(c)(2) ) is amended by striking subparagraphs

(A)through

(N)and inserting the following: the activities described in section 311(c); academic instruction in disciplines in which Asian Americans and Native American Pacific Islanders are underrepresented; conducting research and data collection for Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander populations and subpopulations; and establishing partnerships with community-based organizations serving Asian Americans and Native American Pacific Islanders. .
