In this part— the terms alternative repayment arrangement , billing group , postsecondary education loan , and student loan servicer have the meanings given those terms in section 188 of the Truth in Lending Act, as added by section 1016; the term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate; the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate; the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives; the term Bureau means the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection; and the term private education loan has the meaning given that term in section 140(a) of the Truth in Lending Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1650(a) ).
