(f)as subsection (e). Section 603(c) of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 ( 33 U.S.C. 2704 note; Public Law 109–241 ) is amended by striking paragraph (3). Section 711(a) of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010 ( Public Law 111–281 ; 124 Stat. 2986) is amended by striking paragraph (3). The Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2012 ( Public Law 112–213 ; 126 Stat. 1585) is amended by striking section 722. The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2012 is amended by striking the item relating to section 722.
