Section 5707(b) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking , and shall report the results of such investigations to Congress at least once a year ; in paragraph (2)— by striking subparagraph (C); by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (C); and in subparagraph (C), as so redesignated, by striking subparagraph
(C)of this paragraph and inserting paragraph
(3); and by adding at the end the following: Not later than 5 working days after the date on which the Administrator makes a cost determination required under paragraph (2)(B), the Administrator shall— submit to Congress a report that includes— the results of the investigations conducted under paragraph
(1)during the previous year; and the specific figures determined by the Administrator under paragraph (2)(B); and publish the specific figures determined by the Administrator under paragraph (2)(B) in the Federal Register. .
