Section 106(b) of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act ( 18 U.S.C. 922 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking this Act and inserting the Promoting Healthy Minds for Safer Communities Act of 2014 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking a total of and all that follows and inserting the following: $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2018. .
