Section 922 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (d)(4), by inserting on an involuntary inpatient or involuntary outpatient basis before the semicolon; and in subsection (g)(4), by inserting on an involuntary inpatient or involuntary outpatient basis before the semicolon.
