Section 312(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 1861a(a) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(2)through
(4)as paragraphs
(3)through (5), respectively; and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following: The Secretary shall make a decision regarding a request under paragraph
(1)not later than 90 days after the date the Secretary receives a complete estimate of the economic impact of the fishery resource disaster from the affected State, tribal government, or fishing community. .
