Section 30104 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking $98,313,500 ; and by striking to carry out this part in each fiscal year beginning in fiscal year 1999 and ending in fiscal year 2011. and inserting the following: to carry out this part— $152,000,000 for fiscal year 2015; $170,240,000 for fiscal year 2016; $190,670,000 for fiscal year 2017; $213,550,000 for fiscal year 2018; $239,175,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $268,000,000 for fiscal year 2020. .
