Section 315(a) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 2 U.S.C. 441 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: For purposes of paragraph (1), any bundled contribution (as defined in section 304(i)(8)) forwarded by a person described in section 304(i)(7) to a committee described in section 304(i)(6) shall be treated both as a contribution made by the person forwarding such contribution and as a contribution made by the contributor. . Clause
(ii)of section 304(i)(A) is amended by inserting (whether in writing or otherwise) after other means . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. The amendment made by subsection
(b)shall take effect 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
