Sec. 5. Expanding early voting access

Each State shall make early voting available to any eligible voter for at least ten days before an election for Federal office. An eligible voter may cast their early voting ballots in person at an early voting location during that 10-day period in the same manner as any ballot would be cast in the precinct on election day. Each State shall be required to comply with the requirements of this section on and after the date that is one year after the date of enactment of this Act.
