In this subtitle: The term Federal land means the approximately 17,826 acres of Federal land, as generally depicted on the map entitled Canyon Mountain Land Conveyance , and dated June 27, 2013. The term planning area means land— administered by the Director of the Bureau of Land Management; and located in— the Coos Bay District; the Eugene District; the Medford District; the Roseburg District; the Salem District; or the Klamath Falls Resource Area of the Lakeview District. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term Tribe means the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians.
