Section 5101(h)(2) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 294q(h)(2) ) is amended to read as follows: To carry out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $14,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2015 through 2019, and such sums as may be necessary for each subsequent fiscal year. .
