Section 104(f) of the High Seas Fishing Compliance Act (16 U.S.C. 5503(f)) is amended to read as follows: A permit issued under this section is void if— 1 or more permits or authorizations required for a vessel to fish, in addition to a permit issued under this section, expire, are revoked, or are suspended; or the vessel is no longer eligible for United States documentation, such documentation is revoked or denied, or the vessel is deleted from such documentation. .
