Section 6 of the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act of 1975 ( 16 U.S.C. 971d(c)(2) ) is amended— by inserting
(A)after
(2); by striking
(A)submission and inserting the presentation ; by striking arguments, and
(B)oral presentation at a public hearing. Such and inserting written or oral statements at a public hearing.
