Section 2709 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsections (d), (e), and
(f)as subsections (e), (f), and (g), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(b)or a nondisclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(c)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511. A request under subsection
(b)shall include notice of the availability of judicial review described in paragraph (1). . Section 1114 of the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 ( 12 U.S.C. 3414 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (e); and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(a)or a nondisclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(c)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511 of title 18, United States Code. A request under subsection
(a)shall include notice of the availability of judicial review described in paragraph (1). . Section 626 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681u ) is amended— by redesignating subsections
(e)through
(m)as subsections
(f)through (n), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(d)the following new subsection: A request under subsection
(a)or
(b)or an order under subsection
(c)or a non-disclosure requirement imposed in connection with such request under subsection
(d)shall be subject to judicial review under section 3511 of title 18, United States Code. A request under subsection

(c)shall include notice of the availability of judicial review described in paragraph (1). . Section 627 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681v ) is amended— by redesignating subsections (d), (e), and
