Section 113 of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2323 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(4)(C)(ii)(I), by striking section 3(29) and inserting section 3(32) ; and in subsection (c)(2)(A), by striking section 3(29) and inserting section 3(32) .
