Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: , That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Public Law 99–177): Provided $27,300,000 from unobligated prior year balances from U.S.
Customs and Border Protection Border Security, Fencing, Infrastructure, and Technology ; $8,000,000 from Public Law 113–76 under the heading U.S. Custom and Border Protection—Air and Marine Operations in division F of such Act; $12,500,000 from unobligated prior year balances from U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Construction and Facilities Management ; $15,300,000 from Transportation Security Administration Aviation Security account 70x0550; $102,000,000 from Public Law 113–76 under the heading Transportation Security Administration Aviation Security ; $2,550,000 from Public Law 112–10 under the heading Coast Guard Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements ; $11,980,000 from Public Law 112–74 under the heading Coast Guard Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements ; $16,500,000 from Public Law 113–76 under the heading Coast Guard Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements ; $9,469,000 from Public Law 113–6 under the heading Coast Guard Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements ; and $14,000,000 from Science and Technology Research and Development, Acquisition, and Operations account 70x0800.
