The Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency may transfer up to $95,000,000 in unobligated balances made available for the appropriations account for Federal Emergency Management Agency, Disaster Assistance Direct Loan Program under section 2(a) of the Community Disaster Loan Act of 2005 ( Public Law 109–88 ; 119 Stat. 2061) or under chapter 5 of title I of division B of the Consolidated Security, Disaster Assistance, and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2009 (Public Law (110–329; 122 Stat. 3592) to the appropriations account for Federal Emergency Management Agency, Disaster Relief Fund .
Amounts transferred to such account under this section shall be available for any authorized purpose of such account.
