Section 109(1) of the Department of Justice Appropriations Act of 2002 ( Public Law 107–77 ) is amended by striking $7 and inserting $9 . Section 108 of division B of title I of the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003 (Public Law 108–7) is amended by striking $3 and inserting $5 . The additional funds generated by
(a)and
(b)shall solely be used for the hiring or sustainment of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at air and sea ports of entry.
