Section 239 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2199 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Each fiscal year, the Corporation shall conduct a survey of a sample of its customers to assess the satisfaction of those customers with the operation and procedures of the Corporation, with particular attention to customers of the Corporation that are small businesses and cooperatives. The Corporation shall include in its annual report required under section 240A a report on the survey conducted under paragraph
(1)that includes, as appropriate, summaries of recommendations made by customers of the Corporation with respect to ways to improve the operations and procedures of the Corporation. .
