Section 410(a)(1)(A) of title IV of the Department of State and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1999 (contained in division A of Public Law 105–277 ) is amended by striking a fee of $13 and inserting a fee equal to one-half the fee that would otherwise apply for processing a machine readable combined border crossing identification card and nonimmigrant visa .
