Not later than 90 days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on funds obligated and expended during fiscal year 2014 under the headings International Military Education and Training and Foreign Military Financing Program , including the countries and military services that received assistance and the amounts and purposes of such assistance. The report required by section 656 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 shall be submitted not later than January 31, 2015.
