In this Act: The term Basin means each of— the Upper Rio Grande Basin; the Middle Rio Grande Basin; the Lower Rio Grande Basin; the Lower Pecos River Basin; the Gila River Basin; the Canadian River Basin; the San Francisco River Basin; and the San Juan River Basin. The term District means the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District. The term Pueblo means each of the following pueblos in the State: Cochiti. Santo Domingo. San Felipe. Santa Ana. Sandia. Isleta. The term Secretaries means— the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency; the Secretary of Commerce; and the Secretary of the Interior.
The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term State means the State of New Mexico.
