Section 511(j)(1) ( 42 U.S.C. 711(j)(1) ) is amended by striking subparagraph
(F)and inserting the following: $400,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019. . Expenditures made pursuant to the amendments made by section 209 of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–93 ) for fiscal year 2015 shall be charged to the appropriation provided by the amendment made by subsection
(a)for such fiscal year. The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
