Section 2107(e)(1) ( 42 U.S.C. 1397gg(e)(1) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs
(E)through
(O)as subparagraphs
(F)through (P), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(D)the following new subparagraph: Section 1902(e)(4) (relating to automatic coverage for newborns through age 1). . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of enactment of this Act.
