Section 2110(c)(1) ( 42 U.S.C. 2110(c)(1) ) is amended— by striking The term and inserting the following: Subject to subparagraph (B), the term ; and by adding at the end the following: At State option, such term includes an individual under 26 years of age who has or is at an increased risk of a chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional condition and who also requires health and related services of a type or amount beyond that required by children typically. .
