Section 428(d) ( 20 U.S.C. 1078(d) ) is amended by striking “section 207 of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( 50 U.S.C. App. 527 )” and inserting “the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (50 U.S.C. App. 501 et seq.)”.
