Section 58(b) of title 14, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: Any center established under subsection
(a)shall— promote, facilitate, and conduct— education; training; and activities authorized under section 93(a)(4); be a repository of information on operations, practices, and resources related to the mission for which the center was established; and perform and support the mission for which the center was established. .
