All agencies and departments funded under this Act shall send to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate at the end of the fiscal year a report containing a complete inventory of the total number of vehicles owned, permanently retired, and purchased during fiscal year 2015 as well as the total cost of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, fuel, storage, purchasing, and leasing.
