Section 8(e) of Public Law 108–79 ( 42 U.S.C. 15607(e) ) shall not apply to funds appropriated to or administered by the Office on Violence Against Women, to subpart 1 of part E of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, and to section 221 of the Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, including funds appropriated in previous appropriations acts that remain available for obligation.
