Section 1044e(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: A member of a reserve component who is the victim of an alleged sex-related offense and who is not otherwise eligible for military legal assistance under section 1044 of this title shall be deemed to be eligible for the assistance of a Special Victims’ Counsel under this section. .
