Section 482 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting active and reserve before military readiness ; and by striking subsections (b), (d), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), and
(k)and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting subsections (b), (d), (e), (f), and (g). ; by striking subsections (d), (e), (f), and (k); by redesignating subsections (g), (h), (i), (j), and
(l)as subsections (d), (e), (f), (g), and (h), respectively; in subsection (d)(1), as redesignated by paragraph (3), by striking National Response Plan and inserting National Response Framework
(NRF); in subsection (e), as so redesignated, by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The assessment included in the report under paragraph
(1)by the Commander of the United States Strategic Command shall include a separate assessment prepared by the Commander of United States Cyber Command relating to the United States Cyber Command. ; and in subsection (g), as so redesignated— by striking subparagraph (G); and by redesignating subparagraphs
(H)and
(I)as subparagraphs
(G)and (H), respectively.
