Section 1234 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 394), as most recently amended by section 1217(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 909), is further amended— in subsection (a), by striking fiscal year 2014 and inserting fiscal year 2015 ; in subsection (d), by striking December 31, 2014 and inserting December 31, 2015 ; and in subsection (e)(1), by striking December 31, 2014 and inserting December 31, 2015 .
