Section 519C(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–25c(b)) is amended— in paragraph (11), by striking and after the semicolon; by redesignating paragraph
(12)as paragraph (15); and by inserting after paragraph (11), the following: provide respite care for caretakers of individuals with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and other prenatal alcohol-related disorders; recruit and train mentors for individuals with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and other prenatal alcohol-related disorders; provide educational and supportive services to families of individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders; and .
